Account assistance
Disney+ billing problems
This independent guide explains common causes. Only Disney+ or the company billing your subscription can access the account, modify a plan or make a refund decision.
Official Disney+ Help Center ↗Check the card number, expiration date, CVV and billing details. Make sure the card is valid for recurring online transactions and has sufficient funds, then contact the card issuer if needed.
For direct Disney+ billing, sign in on DisneyPlus.com, open Account, select the subscription and choose Change beside Payment Method. Third-party billing must be updated with that provider.
Sign in using a browser, open Account, find the Subscription section and select Billing History. Compare the date, amount and plan with your statement.
A plan or bundle change, renewal, tax, promotion ending or separate account may explain the amount. If it remains unfamiliar, contact Disney+ through its official Help Center.
Direct-billed subscribers can open Account and select the subscription under Your Plans & Billing. If another company bills you, Disney+ identifies that provider so you can manage the plan there.
Apple, Google, Roku, a mobile carrier or another partner may control billing and cancellation. Use the provider shown in your Disney+ account instead of creating a second subscription.
