Peacock billing problems
This independent guide explains common causes. Only Peacock or the third party billing your subscription can access the account, change the plan or decide a refund.
Official Peacock Account Help ↗Sign in, open Plans & Payment and select View Payment History. Direct-billed subscribers can see previous and upcoming charges there.
For direct Peacock billing, open Plans & Payment and choose Update Payment Method. Peacock says the new method is used beginning with the next billing cycle.
A card may be connected to more than one Peacock account. Check your email addresses for Peacock messages, sign in to each likely account and review Plans & Payment.
Direct subscribers can use Cancel All Subscriptions. Add-ons can be removed separately. Keep the on-screen confirmation and cancellation email.
If you subscribed through Apple, Google, Roku, Amazon, Xfinity or another provider, manage payment and cancellation through that provider. Peacock identifies the billing method in your account.

Why am I seeing more than one Peacock charge?
You may have separate accounts under different email addresses, an add-on, or a subscription billed by a third party. Check payment history and search your email accounts for Peacock confirmation messages.
How do I cancel Peacock?
For direct billing, sign in and use Cancel All Subscriptions. To remove only an add-on, open Subscriptions and choose Remove Add-On. Third-party subscriptions must be canceled through the provider.
Does Peacock give refunds after cancellation?
Peacock’s published policy says charges are generally non-refundable, although Peacock may issue a refund at its sole discretion. Contact Peacock directly for an account-specific decision.
