Prime Video Channels and other add-ons can have separate billing dates from the main Prime membership. Open Account & Settings and review Subscriptions before canceling.
Prime Video says an accidental purchase may be canceled within 14 days if you have not tried to watch or download it. Open Purchases & Rentals and do not press Play.
This error can indicate a payment problem. Update the method used for rentals and purchases, or manage the payment method associated with Prime and add-on subscriptions.

Can I cancel a Prime Video movie purchased by mistake?
Amazon says eligible accidental Prime Video orders can generally be canceled within 14 days if the title has not been watched or downloaded. Open My Stuff, then Purchases & Rentals, and select the title without pressing Play.
